Welcome payment terms and conditions

We, at time, incentive new team members to join Partou by offering a welcome payment. These are the terms and conditions that apply to this offer.

1. The welcome payment will be paid 50/50. The first 50% will be paid in your first pay following your start date and the second 50% will be paid in your pay after you have passed your 6 month probation.

2. You must be qualified to Level 3 or above.

3. You must pass your 6 month probation to receive the second part of your welcome payment.

4. If you have any live warnings on file within the first 6 months we may decide to withdraw the second payment from you.

5. We want you to stay a part of the team, but if you’ve decided to leave, you’ll forfeit the second payment.

6. The payment advertised is for a full time role of 40 hours, if you take a part time role the payment will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

7. If you have worked for us previously, and would like to come back, and you left 6 months prior to your application date, then you are entitled to the welcome (back) payment.

8. Our Buddy Bonus scheme can be used in conjunction with this offer, so if you have a friend who already works for us, get them to refer you.

9. Partou can remove the welcome payment offer at any time.
