Start your career with us

Early Years apprenticeships

At Partou, apprenticeships play a key role in our nurseries, by providing the right support, environment, and the chance to learn while you work.

Whether you’re just starting out, or ready for the next step in your early years career, both our Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years apprenticeships will offer you hands-on experience, expert support and guidance, and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

We work closely with trusted training providers across the country to help you build skills, gain recognised qualifications, and grow in confidence as part of a caring and knowledgeable team.

In the Northwest and Yorkshire, we partner with Realise Training to support apprenticeships in our nurseries in these regions. Click here to view all current vacancies.

In the Midlands, South East, South West or London, we partner with Lifetime Training for apprenticeships in these areas. Click here to see all vacancies

Joining us as an apprentice means more than just training — it means becoming part of a team where children lead the way, and where your growth matters just as much as theirs.

A stunning spring sensory flower investigation set up outdoors at a Partou nursery created to celebrate the clocks going forward in spring 2026. A dark tuff tray laid with a mirror base holds an abundant arrangement of silver metal bowls, pots, and galvanised buckets filled with pale lilac and soft pink coloured water, floating red, yellow, cream, and peach rose petals, and brightly coloured blue, orange, and pink foam flower shapes. A wooden pestle and mortar holds a pink chrysanthemum head ready for grinding, alongside an iridescent rainbow glass sphere and an amber glass globe vase. Fresh cut flowers including deep magenta chrysanthemums, soft pink lisianthus, white gypsophila, yellow marigolds, and sprigs of green foliage and dark teal blue thistle are arranged throughout the tray in a turquoise glass vase and scattered across the mirror surface. Loose red rose petals and green pine sprigs complete the invitation to explore. In the garden beyond, a wooden picket fence planter, black rubber tyres, and a pale blue trough are visible, reflecting the rich outdoor early years provision at this Partou nursery.
