Highly experienced safeguarding professional joins Partou

We’ve welcomed Ryan Greenhalgh as Head of Safeguarding, bringing over 15 years’ experience across safeguarding, children’s services and education, including a senior role at Manchester City Football Club.

We are pleased to announce that we’ve appointed Ryan Greenhalgh as Head of Safeguarding at Partou.

He joins from Manchester City Football Club where he led safeguarding strategy and governance across its UK and international operations.

With over 15 years of experience across safeguarding, children’s services and education, Ryan has established an outstanding strong track record in developing safeguarding frameworks, managing complex cases and working in partnership with external agencies.

His career has included roles with several other high-profile organisations such as Barnardo’s and Coram Voice, where he headed services supporting children, young people and families.

Ryan Greenhalgh said:

“It’s exciting to be joining Partou where safeguarding is a core priority across all settings, supporting high-quality early years environments for children.

“I am passionate about creating safe, positive cultures in organisations where care comes first, and I look forward to playing a part in delivering fantastic experiences for all our children and families.”
