Partou Little Dragons win prestigious Training and Development Award!

June 10th, 2024

Partou are delighted to announce that Harrogate based nursery, Little Dragons, proudly received the Training and Development Award at this year’s National Day Nurseries Association Awards.

Recognised for their comprehensive approach to ongoing professional development, which includes personalised progression plans for team members, judges highlighted the team’s ability to break down barriers within the Early Years Sector as a key factor in its decision.

The ethos at Little Dragons revolves around creating a nurturing and supportive environment where every team member feels valued and respected. Staff wellbeing is prioritised through initiatives such as mindfulness rooms, counselling sessions and mental health support. There is also an open-door policy which encourages transparent communication, allowing staff to voice concerns and seek assistance when needed.

Everybody at Partou extends their congratulations to the Little Dragons team and gratefulness to NDNA for their continued support in championing Early Years practices.
